Rodrigo Alves, born on July 30, 1983, in São Paulo, Brazil, to a Brazilian mother and a British father with Portuguese roots, grew up in a well-off family. His father managed a successful farming business that later expanded into supermarkets, real estate, and retail. As a child, Rodrigo enjoyed playing with dolls and often dressed up as a girl. His parents were supportive, with his father often gifting him Barbie dolls.

During his teenage years, Rodrigo was diagnosed with gynecomastia, a condition that causes excess breast tissue due to elevated estrogen levels. At 17, he had his first surgery to remove the developed chest tissue. As a shy, introverted teenager, Rodrigo faced bullying at school. In his solitude, he spent hours watching TV, particularly Disney princess cartoons, and playing with dolls, which shaped his idealized image of femininity.

With a substantial inheritance from his paternal grandparents, Rodrigo was able to fund numerous surgeries. Over time, he underwent more than fifty procedures, some reports even claiming over 100. After finishing school, Rodrigo moved to London to study public relations at the London College of Communication. His ultimate goal was to become a “real-life Ken doll.” To achieve this, he underwent a series of surgeries, including facelifts, rhinoplasty, muscle implants, rib removal for a slimmer waist, and many more. He also struggled with weight gain but disliked exercise, opting for multiple liposuction surgeries.
Rodrigo gained fame after appearing on talk shows in South America and Europe. His story was widely covered by media, and the “Human Ken Doll” became a viral sensation. He earned money from TV appearances but invested it all into more surgeries.
However, things took a dangerous turn when a rhinoplasty went wrong. Rodrigo had difficulty breathing, and necrosis began to develop in his facial tissue, requiring emergency surgery to save his life. After a lengthy recovery, he returned to sharing his story on shows with renewed enthusiasm.

Today, at 40 years old, Rodrigo has transitioned and now goes by Jessica Alves. She proudly embraces her identity, declaring she is happy, loved, and planning to become a mother through surrogacy. Transitioning allowed Jessica to reconcile with her inner self and achieve the appearance she had always desired. She enjoys wearing tight, feminine clothing that highlights her enhanced features.

Since transitioning, Jessica’s career has flourished. She has appeared on a Romanian celebrity cooking show, been invited to film a documentary in Belgium, and participated in photoshoots in London and the U.S. for reality TV. Jessica’s unique story continues to captivate audiences, with each appearance earning her up to £20,000 for just half an hour of screen time.
