Life today is much faster-paced than it was 50 years ago. What used to take months or even years to construct—like a house—can now be completed in just a few weeks. But the German company Dennert has taken this speed to the next level, achieving what once seemed impossible: building a home in just one day.
With years of experience in the construction industry, Dennert’s experts realized they needed to accelerate the building process to remain competitive. After much innovation, they found a way to combine high-quality craftsmanship with extraordinary speed.

The homes are prefabricated in modules at the factory. The entire project takes about three months to complete, during which the house is fully constructed in the factory.

Each house consists of these pre-made modules, with all essential utilities and appliances already installed according to the customer’s specifications. Assembly begins on a pre-prepared foundation, where the modular components, complete with integrated systems, are delivered. The process is remarkably fast, with crews working at an impressive pace, fully embodying the company’s motto: “One day, one house.”

The primary material used in construction is eco-concrete, made from foam glass, natural Alpine pumice, cement, water, and sand.
