For 36 years, their relationship remained as strong as ever, but one detail changed: Ben Byrne, a 38-year-old electrician, appeared in their lives and the sisters began dating him.
However, their relationship with him was unusual. It was not just a romance with one man, but a kind of alliance in which love and affection for Ben was shared by both sisters.
