Dr. Johnny Betteridge, an expert in emergency medicine, intensive care, and anesthesiology, shared a video on Instagram where he listed the cosmetic changes that may have been made to Lohan. According to the expert, she might have spent up to $300,000 on surgeries to achieve her current look.

Betteridge suggests that Lohan likely underwent a facelift, an eyelid surgery, a nose job, and a brow lift. He believes that the facelift was done with a minimally invasive method and that Lohan probably received Botox, lip lift, lip augmentation, and veneers. He also analyzed Lohan’s skin in recent photos and concluded that she may have had laser resurfacing and undergone skincare treatments under the guidance of a dermatologist.
