According to the new ranking, Prince William beat out contenders like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Stanley Tucci, Thierry Henry, and Vin Diesel. The study ranked the most famous bald men in the world based on various factors, including hair shine, facial symmetry, height, and smile. Kate Middleton’s husband received nearly a perfect score.
The study, conducted by PR agency Reboot Online, also tracked media perception and global search interest in “sexiness.” William’s recent appearances in South Africa as part of the Earthshot initiative likely led to a surge in online searches about him.
This is not the first time William has been named the sexiest bald man in the world. He took first place in 2021, dropped to second place in 2022, and regained the title in 2023. This year, the future king scored an impressive 9.9 out of 10. Following him in second place was 52-year-old Hollywood actor and producer Dwayne Johnson, who scored 8.9 out of 10. The former wrestler moved up to second place after ranking seventh in last year’s list.
Basketball star Shaquille O’Neal made it into the top three, up from ninth place last year. Professional surfer Kelly Slater, who was recently spotted surfing with Prince Harry in California, came in fourth. The rest of the top ten included actors Terry Crews, Danny DeVito, and Samuel L. Jackson. Vin Diesel, who had ranked first in 2022, fell to the bottom of the list this year, despite beating William last time.
Prince William has recently embraced a new look, debuting in public with a beard and mustache. He appeared with this new style during a four-day tour of South Africa in November. As part of the solo trip, without Kate Middleton, he presented the Earthshot Prize 2024 in Cape Town.
On November 7, during an official visit, he had lunch in the bay area. One of the attendees shouted, “I love your beard,” to which William responded, “Oh, thank you,” while stroking his face. Over the weekend, William also received praise after eagle-eyed observers noticed his affectionate gestures toward Princess Kate during her first public appearance after finishing her chemotherapy treatment.
