😟Conspiracy theories surrounding the princess are gaining momentum again, as a royal reporter has questioned the legitimacy of her illness.

42-year-old Kate Middleton is once again at the center of scandalous rumors about her health. Earlier this year, when Prince William’s wife suddenly disappeared from the public eye, many fans and journalists began speculating about what was really going on with the princess’s health. In the spring, when Kate shared a photo with her children that had been edited using artificial intelligence, the buzz around the royal family became nearly unstoppable. Fans closely followed the news, and the public was pleasantly surprised when Catherine made two official public appearances over the summer: at the Trooping the Colour parade and at Wimbledon.

In September, Catherine posted a video informing her followers that she had successfully completed a course of chemotherapy and planned to gradually return to her duties. However, one royal reporter, whose name has been withheld, cast doubt on the Princess of Wales’s cancer diagnosis after her appearance at the Remembrance Day service on November 10. Sky News correspondent Rhiannon Mills had previously mistakenly reported that Middleton had “precancerous cells,” although it is known that the royal had been battling cancer. Since then, this statement has spread widely on social media, with one expert writing online that Middleton “found it appropriate to play the sympathy card when the popularity of the royal family is at a record low.”

“Precancerous conditions are not cancer. She squeezed everything she could out of it,” wrote a conspiracy theorist.

According to the Mayo Clinic, precancerous cells are “cells that have undergone changes that increase the risk of cancer.” Middleton has never publicly referred to her condition as “precancerous,” so it’s likely that Mills misspoke in her article. Kensington Palace has not commented on the situation. Recently, *Good Morning Britain* reporter Narinder Kaur also made an ill-advised remark about Kate’s recent appearance at Remembrance Day, noting that she “looked older.” However, after a wave of criticism, she was forced to apologize on social media.

“I posted my opinion earlier. Upon reflection, I realized it was a foolish and insensitive post,” the journalist said.
