Caroline and Kelly recently celebrated a major milestone in their lives – 50 years of marriage. Half a century ago, they exchanged their wedding vows and have been inseparable ever since.
Their marriage has seen many things – happy moments, trials, the birth of three children and the arrival of four grandchildren. Their home has always been filled with love and laughter.
Caroline recently came up with an idea that instantly captivated them both. “Let’s do a photo shoot in our old wedding dresses?” she asked, thinking that the dress would no longer fit her.
When the day of the photo shoot arrived, Kelly watched with a smile as Caroline tried on her wedding dress. It was a little shrunken, but she still managed to fit into it, which made her incredibly proud.
Kelly also pulled out his old wedding suit, which, although a little tight, reminded him of the day he first saw his future wife in a wedding dress.
They took a lot of pictures, both serious and funny. Kelly, as always, teased Caroline, making her laugh at the most unexpected moments.
In some photos they looked like newlyweds reliving their first steps together, while in others they looked like a couple who had come a long way and still had deep love and tenderness for each other.
