The Los Angeles home where the Friends star died in 2023 has been sold for a hefty sum. Producer Anita Verma-Lallian is the new owner.
Anita Verma-Lallian, a developer and film producer from Arizona, is the new owner of a small house with four bedrooms and bathrooms. Her decision to buy the property was dictated by the desire to make a profitable investment, and not for personal use. Anita’s immediate plans are to rent out the house or resell it after the price increases.
In 2020, Perry purchased the 1965 home for $6 million through a trust. Verma-Lallian did the same. He renovated the space and built a swimming pool. The 3,300-square-foot home sits on a 1,618-square-foot lot in the secluded Pacific Palisades neighborhood.

Before his death, Perry, an avid Batman fan, shared photos on social media of his pool and home, decorated in the superhero universe. He decorated the bottom of the pool with a red LED bat strip.
At age 54, the actor was found unconscious in a hot tub in his backyard. His death was initially classified as drowning, but experts later determined it was an overdose of ketamine. The actor had been taking the drug on the advice of his doctor as part of a legal, but not legal, treatment for depression.

Perry began demanding more ketamine than his doctor gave him and found another supplier. In October last year, the doctor pleaded guilty to distributing the dangerous substance. The doctor is scheduled to go on trial in March next year. It is believed he used a personal assistant to supply ketamine to the movie star.
