And in January 2023, Jay Rutland, the husband of model Tamara Ecclestone, who lives near the Welsh residence in London, opened up, saying that Kate even came to his wife with the heirs, repeating the tradition of asking for sweets.
Despite the strict rules of raising royal children, William and Kate do not plan to limit George, Charlotte and Louis in celebrating Halloween. In fact, two years ago, the Duchess of Cambridge already took the heirs to Kensington Palace for a special celebration.
