Cher spent Thursday night at the opening of Cirque du Soleil’s “Kooza” in Santa Monica, California, with her considerably younger lover and his son.
The 78-year-old hitmaker and 38-year-old Alexander “AE” Edwards were the center of attention as they walked the red carpet with his 5-year-old son, Slash, whom the music producer shares with his ex-girlfriend Amber Rose.
As the three of them posed for pictures, Edwards wrapped one arm over his kid and the other around his leading woman, and the elementary school student grinned broadly.
Cher appeared for a number of solo photos wearing her burgundy costume after shooting some group photos. The iconic musician accessorized her basic zippered hoodie with a diamond drop necklace and loose, blinged cargo shorts, which were almost exactly like the ones she wore during last week’s 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
She accessorized the ensemble with leather boots and a black puffer jacket.
For his part, Edwards chose to wear all black with green sneakers as a burst of color.
The couple has had a busy month. On October 15, they showed off their PDA on the Brooklyn Victoria’s Secret red carpet before traveling to Ohio a few days later to attend Cher’s induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.
The child accompanied the pair to the esteemed event on October 19, suggesting that the “Burlesque” actress and Edwards’ son have become close.
On the big night, when Zendaya and Dua Lipa paid their respects to the famous singer, the trio looked amazing in matched black costumes.
