Adriana Lima stuns the fashion world with her incredible transformation and long-awaited return to Victoria’s Secret after six years—see her unforgettable comeback!
The 43-year-old top model left the brand in 2018. Adriana Lima returned to collaboration with Victoria’s Secret after a beauty transformation.

The famous Brazilian announced her departure from the fashion brand in 2018 after a 20-year collaboration that included 18 famous VS shows. And now Adriana is making a spectacular return to the ranks of the angels of the American lingerie giant after a six-year break. The top model and the brand have published a video to jointly announce the renewal of the partnership.

In the clip, Lima, dressed in a stylish dark suit, hails a cab in New York City. The driver asks, “Where are you going?” as she climbs into the backseat. “‘Home. I’m going home,'” the top model replies with a satisfied expression. “I don’t know where the hell you live,” the man grumbles. “Oh, I’m so sorry. Can you give me a ride to the Victoria’s Secret show?” the Salvadoran star adds with a sheepish smile.

At that moment, a funky song with bass and heavy drums started playing, and Adriana looked straight into the camera. “I’m back,” the model proclaimed. “Hey, we’ve been keeping a secret, but we just can’t do it anymore! Adriana Lima is back on the runway — phew, finally, we feel so much better!” the brand captioned the video.

Lima’s association with the lingerie, clothing, and beauty retailer began when she signed a contract in 1999 and walked the first Victoria’s Secret show later that year. After working hard on her body and gait, the Brazilian beauty was named a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2000, a title given to models chosen to represent the brand as its face and voice.

Lima continued to collaborate with VS over the years, so her departure in 2018 came as a complete surprise. Just a year later, the fashion world was rocked by scandal when the annual VS show, which had been held since 1995, was cancelled amid backlash and accusations of a lack of diversity in models’ body types. The famous show eventually returned in 2021 after a two-year hiatus with the launch of the VS Collective, the Daily Mail reports .

Adriana Lima is the brand’s longest-serving model, having been named the “Most Valuable Victoria’s Secret Angel” in 2017. Along with this, Lima is also best known for being the face of Maybelline cosmetics since 2003. The Brazilian has held the title of the world’s second highest-paid model since 2014.
