On Wednesday, October 9, 29-year-old supermodel Gigi Hadid shared two family photos of her 28-year-old younger sister. In the first picture, Bella is tightly hugging Mickey Mouse at Disneyland, and Gigi’s heartfelt message under the photo calls Bella the best sister in the world.
“I wish you a year full of joy and adventures,” Gigi wrote. “I love you!”
In the second photo shared by the model, Bella is walking through an amusement park in a simple white t-shirt and a checkered midi skirt.
In May, while appearing on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” Bella spoke about their sisterly relationship.
“Conflict is inevitable, but you always need to know that you will come out of it,” she said. “What matters for us as sisters is that we go through life as if we’re best friends, doing typical sisterly things, like stealing each other’s clothes, sitting in the front seat, and choosing the music we’ll listen to.”
She also noted that they had completely different musical tastes growing up.
“She was a Swiftie, and I loved Lil Wayne. It was really tough during school years. Now I can say that I’m a Swiftie too.”
Earlier, in 2020, Bella posted a message for Gigi’s 25th birthday, enthusiastically expressing her closeness with her sister, whom she called her best friend, leader, teacher, and partner in mischief.
“I couldn’t live this life without you! Thank you for being the best big sister I could ever dream of,” Bella wrote.
