Fans are used to seeing Irina in a bright image, with expressive cheekbones and eyebrows, but this time the model surprised them with an unusual “alien” makeup.
38-year-old Irina Shayk continues to work on seasonal fashion shows. So, recently she walked the catwalk as part of the Junya Watanabe show, where she demonstrated an unusual extraterrestrial image.
Irina tried on a futuristic black dress, cut from mesh, belts and tires, which the show’s stylists complemented on the model with leather leggings, low Cossack boots with spikes and long gloves reminiscent of motorcycle gloves.
Shayk put a plastic headpiece on her head that completely hid her hair and resembled the headdress of Gary Oldman’s character in Luc Besson’s The Fifth Element. Makeup artists whitened the model’s face, painted over her eyebrows to simulate their absence, and gave Irina black contact lenses, turning her into a real alien from outer space.
And at the recent Dolce & Gabbana show in Milan, Irina paid homage to the singer Madonna , appearing on the catwalk in a blonde parka and a corset with a pointed bustier.
