Today we have the opportunity to see a fascinating private studio house measuring only 30m². The Estúdio Lapinha project stands out for several unique features. First of all, the house consists of two container modules combined into one space, making it modular. In addition, it is surprisingly functional for its area. And, of course, its design is fresh, dynamic and original.
Appearance
The main thing that attracts attention is the house in a bright green shade. An unusual color for a modern home. Panoramic windows add contrast and allow you to see the interior decor elements.
It is also worth noting the cozy terrace with a relaxation set: table and chairs.
Entrance area
Due to the transparency of the design created by the glass doors, the entry point is not obvious. There are doors in the living room, bedroom and even the bathroom, but only the bedroom has storage space for clothes.

The design of the space is characterized by a bright color palette. The living area is decorated mainly in green and light shades. There is a cozy sofa, a coffee table and a TV corner.
