A tiny 3 sq.m. bathtub was turned into a stunning beauty: photos before and after renovation

From cramped to chic! ✨ See how a tiny 3 sq.m bathroom was transformed into a stunning beauty. 🚿😍 I bet you have never seen such a transformation before.

When buying an apartment on the secondary market, you need to understand that you will have to spend a lot of effort and money to put it in order. This apartment was in very poor condition, which is probably why the price for it was not very high. Repairs had to be made in all the rooms, but first of all in the bathroom. All the work took a little more than six months, but the result was definitely worth the effort.

The transformation began with the bathroom, this is where you want cleanliness and order first of all. The owners of the apartment also wanted the bathroom to be bright, so they chose orange. The small size of the room did not allow it to be decorated entirely in this color, so orange was left for bright accents, and classic white was chosen as the main color. The floor and part of the walls are tiled with bright orange tiles, this allowed not only to give the room a mood, but also to make it visually larger, which is very relevant for a bathroom of only 3 sq.m.

In addition to the color, the patterned tile became an interesting decorative detail. So, on the wall there appeared an image of girls playing with a ball of wool, of course, in orange. The patterned tile was the most expensive element used during the renovation. The purchase of inexpensive plumbing fixtures allowed us to reduce the budget a little – it is high-quality, but does not belong to well-known brands.

The purchase of all the necessary things was preceded by precise measurements of the room. The bathroom took up the entire width of the wall. The sink is small, as is the cabinet under it, which allowed to save some scarce space. The bathroom also accommodated the simplest toilet and a narrow washing machine.

The pipes were covered with a plasterboard box, though. Because of this, part of the wall behind the toilet was pushed forward. To free up the passage and gain additional space, the toilet itself was positioned diagonally.

The washing machine is small only visually, its drum is capacious and it completely copes with its task.

There were no difficulties with choosing a sink, it is quite simple, but the choice of a cabinet took a long time. The area did not allow for a model larger than 45 centimeters, and although there were quite a few of them on sale, the owner of the apartment did not like them all. With the chosen cabinet, love at first sight did not happen either, but it became a compromise solution and after some time the owner got used to it.

Placing a bathtub in three square meters is no easy task, but the homeowners did not want to give up the shower. The problem was solved with a shower head mount and a curtain whose pattern echoes the tile pattern.

An unusual mirror attracts attention in the interior of the room – its shape resembles the sun and creates a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Not only was it a difficult task to buy a cabinet, but also to choose white doors. The owner of the apartment wanted the doors to have small glass, but most models were either completely blind or had a large glass that occupied almost the entire door leaf. The search for a suitable door was long and difficult, but in the end it was crowned with success.
