A tattoo-obsessed German has a forked tongue, a chip implanted in his hand to pay in shops and his ears have been removed. In the future, he wants to get rid of the tip of his nose. Such changes help the German feel more confident.
The man’s name is Sandro, but he is known on social media as Mr Skull Face. He spent almost 8,500 US dollars on all of his appearance changes. The man’s body is completely covered in tattoos, and he also has piercings and implants on his forehead and hands. Sandro also cut off his ears and now keeps them in a jar.
The man amputated his ears so that his head would look more like a skull.
The man decided to make his first changes to his appearance in 2007 after watching a TV story about a man with spikes on his head.
“All my friends and acquaintances tried to dissuade me from making changes, especially when I decided to remove my ears. However, I am one of those people who follow their own path. I don’t care about people who stare at me without embarrassment. Such changes have only made me more confident,” the man shared.

The man also implanted a chip in his wrist, which allows him to make contactless payments in stores, and had an operation to split his tongue.
In the future, Sandro plans to get a tattoo on his eyeballs and cut off the tip of his nose.
The man is unemployed and thinks he is being rejected at interviews because of his appearance.
