The 44-year-old Rebel Wilson (“Hustlers,” “Pitch Perfect”) is ready to marry her partner, 40-year-old Ramona Agruma. The secret and intimate ceremony is set to take place later this month in Sardinia. We hope Rebel has already met her beloved’s parents.
Wilson had previously stated that she wanted to get married on a beach in 2025, but she has moved up the date.
“Rebel doesn’t want to wait any longer; she plans to get married this month because she loves Ramona very much and wants to tie the knot,” say sources close to the couple.
The ceremony will be small: the women will marry in the presence of close friends and family.
Rebel Wilson came out in June 2022. Here’s what she posted on Instagram:
“I thought I was looking for a Disney prince… but maybe what I really needed all along was a Disney princess.”
Wilson had tried to overcome her feelings and had been dating men before meeting Ramona.
“I conducted my own little experiment, so I dated 50 men. Not all at once, but I had to say ‘yes’ to anyone who asked me out. I became more comfortable on dates. I lost my virginity late compared to many people—at 35.”
For now, Wilson is happy to have met Agruma. The women have been together for over 2 years and are raising a daughter via a surrogate.
