The 68-year-old actor, director and producer is in a relationship with a 34-year-old screenwriter. Mel Gibson and Rosalind Ross were spotted at an upscale restaurant in Malibu.
The Hollywood actor with Irish roots is happy in his relationship with his lover, who is 34 years younger than him. The day before, the couple was spotted at one of Mel’s favorite establishments in Malibu – the Japanese restaurant Nobu. The Braveheart actor looked like he had just come from the beach.
The actor wore a loose-fitting white shirt with ruffled sleeves and gray shorts with a white print, accompanied by black Crocs flip-flops. For jewelry, Gibson chose a long gold chain. Two pairs of glasses hung from the neckline of the shirt – for vision and sunglasses. In his hands, the winner of two Oscar awards held a heavy brown leather wallet.
osalind wore a black top with a plunging neckline, gray wide-leg sweatpants and white sneakers. She put on evening makeup with an emphasis on her eyes and let her dark hair down. The screenwriter was clutching a tablet and a black bag in her hands.
Gibson and Ross met while working on the film, when she was just 23 and he was 58. They have been dating since 2014. The couple has a child together, 7-year-old son Lars, reports the Daily Mail.
The father of many children has a stormy personal life behind him. He was married to Robin Moore. The former couple have seven children – Hannah, 43, twins Edward and Christian, 42, William (Willie), 38, Louis, 35, Milo, 33, and Thomas (Tommy, 25). In 2009, Moore filed for divorce after almost 30 years of marriage. The marriage was dissolved in 2011. Mel paid Robin half the fortune.
Even before the end of the process, the actor began going out with a pianist and singer with Russian roots, Oksana Grigorieva. In May 2009, on the Jay Leno show, he announced that his beloved was expecting a child from him. The couple’s common daughter Lucia is now 14 years old. Oksana also has a 27-year-old son, Alexander, with actor Timothy Dalton. The couple broke up after a scandal and accusations of beatings from Grigorieva in 2010. The court ordered Gibson to pay the pianist a round sum in alimony.
The day before, Mel supported his close friend Vince Vaughn, who received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The 54-year-old actor attended the ceremony with his 45-year-old wife Kayla, 13-year-old daughter Lochlyn and 11-year-old son Vernon.
