“I drank a lot at the end of *Potter* and for a while after it finished. It caused panic and confusion about what to do next—I didn’t feel comfortable with who I was, and I couldn’t stay sober,” Radcliffe said.
However, Radcliffe now leads a sober lifestyle. He has managed to overcome his internal struggles, stabilizing both his career and personal life. Last year, Radcliffe became a father for the first time, with his partner Erin Darke giving birth to their first child.
