Transforming a Bradley Beach fixer-upper: Dive into this stunning beachfront renovation! 🌊🏡✨ See how a dated property became a coastal dream home.
Before
Before its refurbishment, this beachfront home was a serious fixer-upper that was not for the faint of heart. Located in Bradley Beach, New Jersey, a town noted for its picturesque beaches and dunes, the property perched on deteriorating concrete foundations and was wrapped in old, aged wood that had seen better days.
After
Seth A. Leeb Architect totally transformed the home’s outside, adding a gorgeous olive green and stone façade. The wraparound balcony and frame have been painted a crisp white, and an expansion in the center of the top floor has been erected to expand the floor plan.
Inside, the home is wide and bright, with an open floor plan and views of the peaceful ocean. The main living area has been updated with hardwood flooring and a stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace, which serves as a spectacular new focal point.
The big kitchen has marble countertops and a center island with a breakfast bar, ideal for grabbing quick meals. It has undergone a thorough interior and exterior refurbishment, with swaths of windows framing views out over the wide planted back yard.
