Kitchen makeover: Amazing laminate wall transformation! See the results
I have limited space in my small kitchen, but thanks to my creative approach, I was able to give it a unique and original look. The kitchen renovation process took some time, and I put my ideas into practice on my own, but the final result was worth all my efforts.
My first step was to create a plasterboard niche, which became the ideal place to place the kitchen furniture. I equipped the upper part of the niche with spotlights, adding additional lighting that was different from the general lighting in the kitchen.
Initially, I planned to tile the walls, but then decided to use laminate for finishing. This unusual choice gave my kitchen a unique style. Another important element of my design was the column, which demarcated the space between the kitchen furniture and appliances, such as the microwave and oven, conveniently positioned on top of each other to make optimal use of the available space.
In the kitchen, I decided to leave only the lower cabinets, preferring storage shelves to the upper ones. This solution allowed me to easily organize the space and store everything I needed.
The colors of the kitchen furniture and laminate flooring were harmoniously combined, and the light table created an interesting contrast. Laminate, despite its affordability, added sophistication to the interior. Although I cannot predict how it will perform in the future, I am now completely satisfied with the results of the repair.
I also used laminate on the wall opposite the dining table and installed a couple of statement lights above the table. As a result, my kitchen has become a beautiful space where every detail is thought out with attention to detail. Over time, I will find out how the chosen material will perform, but now I can say with confidence that I have a cozy and stylish place for cooking and socializing.
