So this happy day has come – the main character managed to buy an apartment for her mother and transform it from a shabby room into a stylish, cozy nest. Now your loved one will live comfortably nearby.
The apartment I got was a clean, one-room apartment, but it needed some renovation. The heroine hired a designer to take into account all the desires and tastes of the elderly woman.
Hallway
The walls were painted soft pink, and light-colored parquet boards were laid on the floor. On the side of the front door there was a place for a small dressing room, separated from the general space by mirrored partitions. This visually enlarged the space.
Near the entrance on the other side they installed a small narrow bench with a soft seat made of pink velor.
The room has a small niche that accommodates a washing machine and shelves for storing chemicals. The laundry corner is hidden behind elegant white doors.
Living room: 2 in 1
The apartment is one-room, so it was decided to combine two zones in one space: a reception and a bedroom. The shade of the wall decoration goes well with the paintings on the walls. An engineered board was laid on the floor.
A small sofa and a coffee table were installed to the right of the entrance – it will be convenient to sit with your daughter over a cup of coffee and exchange news. Two large wardrobes were placed near the soft corner. Opposite we installed a work station and a TV stand.
An antique cabinet, which was repainted and remodeled to a new design, fit perfectly into the interior.
Kitchen
Furniture and appliances were placed along one wall. The cabinet fronts were painted light green, which refreshed the interior.
Two materials were used on the floor at once – white tiles near the work area and engineered wood in the dining room, where stylish furniture was installed.
Bathroom
The toilet and bathroom were combined for convenience. The walls and floor are decorated with white voluminous marble tiles. To dilute the snow-white interior, they added a bright green color – they painted the facade of the cabinets.
