Witness the Astonishing Transformation of this Unrecognizable Apartment!
Some of our good friends recently acquired this budget housing and almost immediately after the transaction invited a design specialist to their home, because the purchased housing was far from ideal condition. Initially, we managed to do the redevelopment, and everything was according to the documents and according to the law. The owners presented extremely strict limits regarding the future interior; they required the organization of a kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. With all this, it was necessary to provide sufficient space for storing things.
Hallway
Absolutely the entire interior is made in light colors, the floor is covered with tiles, which are similar to the kitchen ones. To visually expand the surrounding space, we had to install a large mirror, or rather, hang it on the wall, and storage cabinets were installed on the opposite side.
Kitchen-living room
As you can guess from the name, these zones are combined with each other, resulting in a single room. The kitchen was separated from the hallway using the lightest possible partition, and tiles were also used on the floor. The cabinets located on top are made in light shades, and the lower elements are in a mine blue color. For the manufacture of the tabletop, a material with increased resistance to moisture was used.
In the living room, the floor is paved with herringbone parquet; there is also a soft area, which is located next to the kitchen. Opposite it is a TV viewing area with shelving.
Bedroom
It was given a light design, and to provide variety in the interior, one of the walls received a blue accent. On the left side of the entrance there are cabinets.
Daughter’s room
The interior of a children’s room designed for a girl is made in light colors and is universal, so you can add different decor without any problems.
Son’s room
In the corridor next to it, shelving was placed so that the space was not overloaded; one of the walls was decorated with white brick-based masonry as an accent. A work area for 1-2 people was created directly next to the window.
Bathroom
The owners expressed a desire to have male and female bathrooms. One of them has a shower stall, it is located in the place where there was previously a corridor, the space has become cubic. Tiles were used for tiling all bathrooms.
