The young guy was able to make his dream of owning his own home come true. He bought a small Khrushchev-era building with all its “charms” and turned an old apartment that had not been renovated for a long time into an updated and redesigned living space.
It didn’t get any bigger, but the owner was able to do extensive renovations for relatively little money.
Hallway
Light shades of the room visually enlarged the space. The walls visually “moved apart” due to the fact that they were painted perfectly white. Large-sized porcelain tiles are laid on the floor; they also work to increase the size. The light tone of the front door matches the overall style of the hallway.
Immediately next to the door there is a multi-level shoe rack with four shelves, above it there are hooks for clothes. Instead of a kitchen passage there is now a mini laundry room.
Living room
This room has areas for sleeping, relaxing and working. Near the entrance door there is a large wardrobe.
There is a corner sofa in the center, also known as a sleeping place.
Closer to the window is a work desk. Near the entrance to the kitchen there is a sitting area with an armchair. The walls are white, the floor is covered with laminate.
Kitchen
This room remained unchanged in size, only receiving a plywood sliding door.
Porcelain tiles are laid on the floor to match the kitchen unit with white upper facades and rich green lower ones. The wet area is tiled in a classic style with contrasting grout.
A small table together with a soft bench for storage make up a compact dining group.
Bathroom
A glass block wall separates it from the kitchen. The shower corner took up less space than the bathtub.
