My small kitchen recently looked standard, like everyone else’s in similar apartments. The kitchen set was replaced by two wall cabinets and a cabinet under the sink. There was a refrigerator by the window. When we moved to a new apartment, we no longer had the money to completely renovate the kitchen. I had to collect all the old things: drawers, cabinets, a table with chairs. New furniture and appliances will not appear soon.

We ordered kitchen furniture from the Leroy Merlin store; the refrigerator was moved to the door at the entrance to the kitchen. The gas pipe was hidden in a closet near the window. Our apartment is located on the top floor, so the pipe was small and fit into the cabinet.

We bought kitchen appliances at once, and with a discount it turned out cheaper. We selected everything that was compatible with each other.

We took a gas hob made of glass with cast iron grates. It has built-in electric ignition and gas supply control. The oven is electric, making it easier for my wife to cook in it. Directly to the stove there is a powerful and small hood.

The dining table was bought at an Ikea store, and the chairs were purchased online. We made the kitchen in light shades: walls, floor, furniture in the same tone. For a small room, bright colors, bulky objects, flashy details would be unnecessary. This is what we ended up with. Cozy, beautiful, homely sweet!
