Spacious apartment with dressing rooms on balconies.

The owner of the apartment allocated two balconies and an entire room for dressing rooms.

Briefly

A young family with a child did not want to change the layout of their apartment. The unusual transitions between rooms via the balcony were also retained . This is how the idea came to connect the bedroom with a dressing room, and in the children’s room to place another dressing room and a mini-office on the balcony.

Designers Ekaterina Rebrova and Elena Povorova from the Home Emotions bureau created an image of the sea coast right in the center of Moscow. To decorate the apartment, they chose a light color scheme with small bright splashes in textiles and furniture upholstery.

For example, Atlas Concorde tiles resemble sand, and the wallpaper is chosen in the same tone. And in the dressing room on the wall there was a fresco  with a tree leaning in the breeze, which was made to order at Studio Muroarte.

To at least visually expand small rooms, the authors of the project actively used mirrors. They covered the fronts of the closet in the hall, created a panel on the wall behind the sofa in the living room and even on the ceiling in the kitchen.

The storage issue was especially acute for customers because they have their own clothing store. The owner of the apartment collects outfits, so it was impossible to limit herself to just wardrobes , although they were installed in the living room, bedroom and hall.

A small dressing room appeared on the balcony in the children’s room , and through the balcony in the bedroom you can get into a full-fledged dressing room with a storage system covering the entire wall. A folding sofa was also installed here in case you need to receive guests.

The designers of the Home Emotions bureau created most of the furniture for the project in their own production according to individual sketches. And bright accent textiles were chosen by Yulia Rybakova. This is how blue accents appeared in the living room, and coral accents in the bedroom and nursery. In addition, the Coral Gold Loft Concept table lamps and decor in the shape of corals continued the marine theme.
