“I want to spend more time with my daughter.” Nicolas Cage said that after his 60th birthday he will act in films less often.

Nicolas Cage said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that he will act in films less often in order to devote time to himself and spend more time with his family.

He plans to do this after his 60th birthday: that’s how old the actor will be in January 2024.

“I want to read a book a week, I want to spend_more_time_with_my_daughter. Now I have a better understanding of what is really important. Maybe I shouldn’t act in so many films,” he said.

According to him, his main priority is his newborn daughter. “My daughter comes first for me. This is a completely new experience for me, and I’m enjoying every minute,” said the actor.

Nicolas_Cage and his_wife_Riko_Shibata, whom he married_in_2021, had a daughter last year . Moreover, the actor has two sons from previous relationships.

Cage began his acting career 40years ago and during this time he has starred in more than 120 films: including “Face/Off,” “Gone in 60Seconds,” “Ghost _Rider” and others.
