The trial of controversial rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is ongoing. If found guilty of racketeering, human trafficking for sexual exploitation, and sexual assault, he could face life in prison. Earlier, former U.S. President Donald Trump commented on whether he might pardon Diddy. On the 19th day of the court proceedings, testimony was heard from the rapper’s former girlfriend, Jane Doe (a legal term used in the U.S. to protect a person’s anonymity). She shocked the courtroom by revealing why she agreed to sleep with strangers at the rapper’s notorious parties.
Before the jury, Jane explained that she had sex with other men only so she could continue seeing the musician. Defense attorney Teny Geragos showed the jury text messages between Diddy and Jane, in which he encouraged her to be open and urged her to send explicit messages about sexual encounters with him and other men, referred to as “artists.” Jane told the court that her motivation was to spend more time with her loved one—referring to Diddy. She added that these moments were the only times she could see the rapper, during which he was softer and more affectionate.
At the same time, Jane expressed frustration that during their relationship, Diddy was involved with other women. She also spoke about Sean’s health, sharing concerns for him. She said that at one point his hands began to tremble, and his eyes and teeth took on unusual colors, adding that he was neglecting his well-being.
