Courtney and Eric, who met in middle school and married in 2004, always wanted a big family. After welcoming Saylor in 2008 and twins Wales and Bridge in 2012—with fertility treatments and emotional loss along the way—their lives changed forever in 2017 with the arrival of six babies at once: Blu, Layke, Tag, Rawlings, Rayne, and Rivers. It was a high-risk pregnancy that ended with a miracle: six healthy preemies.

Twins Wales and Bridge celebrated turning 13 in January 2025, and fans can’t help but point out how much they resemble their grandfather and great-uncle—also twins.
