Famous American actor George Clooney, who recently auctioned off a dinner with himself, has sold his luxurious Los Angeles home. The lucky buyers are a well-known model and her partner.
The 63-year-old Oscar-winning actor had owned the Fryman Canyon estate for nearly 30 years, having purchased it from “Fleetwood Mac” singer Stevie Nicks in 1995 for $2.2 million. The new owners are American model and Miss Universe 2012, Olivia Culpo, and her fiancé, Christian McCaffrey.
The house spans 650 square meters and features six bedrooms. The estate also includes over a hectare of land with separate guest houses, a pool, and a tennis court. The property is secluded from neighbors and surrounded by dense trees, making it a great buy for $14.5 million. It’s reported that Olivia Culpo purchased the mansion after marrying Christian McCaffrey earlier this summer. Culpo had previously mentioned that she planned to expand her living space after the wedding.
In addition to this home, George Clooney owns properties in Italy, Mexico, England, the U.S., and France. Interestingly, last year, Clooney considered selling his luxurious Italian mansion due to persistent paparazzi intrusion.
