After years of not cutting their hair, Tim and Wendy decided it was time for a change. They refused to change their endearing 1980s appearance for many years. But, several of the couple’s friends believed that Tim and Wendy badly needed a makeover and that it was time to seek professional assistance.

Wendy said in the interview that she hadn’t had her hair trimmed since 1992 and that she seemed six years older as a result of her haircut. Tim, on the other hand, looked much older—around 50 or perhaps 60—because he hadn’t had his hair cut since 1985, even though he was just 43.
