Kia Twisselman made the decision to begin an intensive weight-lifting regimen after her weight exceeded 290 pounds. Her reading of Rachel Hollis’ book “Wake up, baby!” served as her primary source of inspiration. The 27-year-old started to abide by the five straightforward guidelines that were laid down.
Nothing unusual: waking up an hour earlier, exercising for at least 30 minutes a day, adhering to a drinking schedule, beginning to eat intuitively, and maintaining a weight loss journal.
Kia lost 10 kg in 4 months, which gave her the motivation to carry on. The next objective was to drop 100 pounds in nine months.
