Ayla, a unique baby girl, delighted Christina and Blaze when she arrived in South Australia in December 2021. However, Ayla has an uncommon disorder called bilateral macrostomia, which makes her mouth larger than normal at birth. This happens as a result of incomplete lip fusion during fetal development.
Ayla struggles to eat regularly because of this peculiarity, but it also gives her a persistent, endearing smile. Unfortunately, because of her condition, people have drawn comparisons between Ayla’s looks and literary figures.
Only a small number of people worldwide are affected by bilateral macrostomia, and Ayla is one of them. Fortunately, this issue may be treated with surgical surgery.
Ayla’s mouth’s corners will be closed during the straightforward operation, enabling her to continue growing and eating normally. Little scars might result from this; however, they can be reduced with further laser therapy.
Even though Ayla’s operation hasn’t happened yet, her parents are optimistic.
They frequently post videos of their daughter on social media, and since the treatment, well-wishers have showered them with support, believing that everything would work out for Ayla.
