Most of us dream of looking young, even in the famous 40+ age bracket, but we often end up accepting the first wrinkles and the inevitable gray hairs and, although we have tendency to “hide” the signs of age, especially on the face, we end up accepting ourselves as we are. However, there are people who manage to look half their age thanks to the right genetic combination and the use of the right cosmetics. An amazing example is that ofAmber Leigh Lancastera mother who seems to be in her twenties when she is twice as old.
Amber was born on September 19, 1980. She is a model, actress and interior designer who lives in the United States. At the age of 39, Amber gave birth to her first and only child. When Amber candidly claimed to be over 40 on social media, people didn’t want to believe her. Amber Lancaster has over 400,000 followers on her Instagram page and many of them were just unaware of her age, thinking she was around 25 or even 18. Intrigued by her gorgeous looks, many fans asked her what her secret was and Amber decided to reveal her beauty routine.
Amber said the secret to youthful skin is tretinoin, a vitamin A derivative that in high concentrations stimulates cell growth, increases collagen and rejuvenates the skin. However, the woman also pointed out that it is not a cosmetic ingredient for everyone, a dermatologist should be consulted before use. “I use a tretinoin cream, but for this you need a doctor’s prescription. I have been using it for 15 years and it has literally changed my skin,” she commented.
Besides tretinoin, Amber also cited three cosmetics that “you can’t live without,” including vitamin C serum, which acts as an antioxidant, fights the damaging effects of free radicals and helps speed up the repair of skin damage. Also very useful are the mineral oil based moisturizer and multi-purpose cream which can be used for lips, hands, heels, elbows and anywhere the skin needs hydration creating the ideal conditions to help the skin regenerate the signs of aging, while maintaining its softness and elasticity.
In short, if you want to preserve your outer youth, you should make an appointment with a dermatologist…
