Ingredients for 4 persons :
– 4 pancakes
– 4 slices of smoked salmon
– 4 servings of fresh cheese
– A few sprigs of Dill
Preparation :
Spread the pancakes (see our recipe here) with Kiri (or other fresh cheese such as St Morêt or Boursin), and chop the dill on top.
Then place a slice of salmon on each pancake.
Roll the pancakes tightly on themselves and wrap them in cling film to refrigerate them for an hour.
Take the rolls out and slice them into 1 cm rounds before enjoying them.
